Roosevelt Shavers, Sr., 81, of North Little Rock, passed away Saturday March 30, 2019. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Erma J. Shavers, children; Cynthia Townsend, Velvatina Hardy (Charles), Gregory Shavers, Byron Shavers Sr. (Patricia), Yvonne Fells (Corinthis), Roosevelt Shavers Jr. (Cynthia), Tammy Lams, Timothy Shavers (Tressa) and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019, 1 p.m., Greater Christ Temple Pentecostal Church, 1200 Bishop Warren Drive. The family will receive friends tomorrow from 5-6:30 p.m. at Greater First Pentecostal Church, 5302 Hwy. 161 in North Little Rock.
