Allan L. Miller, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Willard Walker Hospice house. He was born in Holton, Kansas, to Henry "Hank" and Lora Stroth Miller. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Betty Miller of the home; his daughter, Michelle Coker and her husband Darren of Kansas City, Kansas; three Grandchildren, Canaan Coker, Garrison Coker and Ariana Coker; his step-mother, Rita Miller of Fayetteville; three sisters, Carolyn Miller-Meek and her husband Michael of Corvallis, Oregon, Marilyn Miller-Mohn and her husband Pat of Reno, Nevada, and Deborah Spoonts and her husband Bob of Arlington, Texas; one brother, Michael Elliott and his wife Pam of White Hall, Maryland; and two nephews and one niece. Allan belonged to the Baptist Ford Church of Greenland and loved singing in the choir. A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2019, at Moore's Chapel Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Reverend Ervin Hutchins officiating. Burial will be in Holton, Kansas at a later date.
