Billy Paul Rogers, 78, passed from this life on Monday, April 22, 2019. He was born July 28, 1940 in Conway, Arkansas. There will be a celebration of life service on Thursday evening, April 25th at 6 p.m. at Rabbit Ridge Farms Event Center, 484 Rabbit Ridge Road, Bee Branch, Ark.
