James Preston Vandiver

James Preston Vandiver, 65, of Hensley, passed away on April 18, 2019. He was born on November 2, 1953 in Hensley to the late Howard and Bonnie Wilkerson Vandiver. James was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for 30 years as an Elevator Mechanic. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Mabelvale. James was preceded in death by his parents, son, Jason Thomas Vandiver and brother, William Peeks. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Becky Vandiver of Hensley, daughter, Jessica Anne Vandiver of Hensley, grandson, Alexander Preston, brother, Gerald Vandiver of Hensley, sisters, Juanita Bearden of Mabelvale, Faye Lybarger of Greenbrier, Wilma D. Ricketts of Minnesota, Linda Gayle Riba of Hensley. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 27th at Trinity Baptist Church on Chicot in Mabelvale at 1 p.m. with Bro.
