Dewey Earl Stanton, 71, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday April 24, 2019. He was born on October 9, 1947 in Magnolia, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Thelma Stanton; sister, Mary Propst; bonus daughter, Terra Jones. Dewey is survived by his wife, Sherry Stanton; son, Rusty Stanton (Jerri); daughter, Susan Marion (Roger); Bonus sons, Philip Goldie and Mathew Jones; grandchildren, Hunter Stanton (Espi), Haley Stanton, Ethan Marion, Somer Goldie, Joseph & Jacob Jones; great-grandchildren, Persphone and Scarlett Stanton; sister, Jean Ray; brothern Eddie Griffis (Linda); nephew, Mike Orr (Jen) and many other friends he considered as part of this family. Dewey loved to hunt and spend as much time as he could in the outdoors. He loved to play pool, garden, cook, and spending time with his family & friends.
