Bill Dean Lane

Bill Dean Lane, age 77, of Rogers died on Friday, April 26th. He was born November 12, 1941 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Earnest and Avis Lane. He enjoyed caring for his mother, drinking black coffee all day, napping, and eating old fashioned home cooking, especially pie. He also loved spending time in his country paradise and visits from his children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father; Earnest, and his sister; Carol Haley. Bill is survived by his mother; Avis Lane, his sister; Loretta Parmele (Dennis), his son; Wade Lane, and 2 daughters; Kristi Scott (Michael), and Kim Atkinson (Bryan), seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a very significant other; Sammy Minger. Services to be held on Monday, April 29th at Clifty Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Clifty, Arkansas, visitation at 10 a.m. and service at 11am, with interment following at Clifty Cemetery.
