James Edward (Eddie) Calvert

James Edward (Eddie) Calvert, age 80, of Benton, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019. He was born June 6, 1938 in England, Arkansas to the late James A. (Jimmy) Calvert and Mary Ophelia Jean Calvert. Eddie was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church since 1985. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Wanda Calvert of Benton, Ark. and two brothers, Billy Frank Calvert of Conway, Ark. and Fletcher Jean Calvert of Wright, Ark. Visitation will be 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 1 at Ashby Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 1:30 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Keo Cemetery in Keo, Ark. Bro.
