Laura Elizabeth Cook, 32, of Sherwood, Ark., died peacefully at UAMS on August 9, 2019. Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Park Hill Christian Church, 4400 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116. Visitation will be from 5:-7 p.m. Monday, August 12, 2019 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116. Laura was born January 1, 1987 in Shreveport, LA. She was one of God's angels who touched countless lives. Laura was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nancy Cook, and her grandfather, Bob VanHoy. She is survived by her parents, Miles and Trela Cook; her brother, David (Anna) Cook; nephew and niece, Travis and Vivienne Cook; grandmother, Helen VanHoy; grandfather, Bobby Cook; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Special gratitude is extended to all of Laura's amazing physicians and medical staff and to her wonderful caregivers.
