Ronald L. Rupp

Ronald L. Rupp, 71, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away on August 8, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on May 5, 1948 to Lawrence and Hazel Rupp of Marcus, Iowa. Ronald attended Marcus High School. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He then graduated from Iowa Western Community College with a degree in welding. He retired from Tyson Foods in October 2018. Ronald is survived by his wife, Shirley, who were married for 41 years. He is survived by his ten siblings, Mark (Cindy) Rupp of Marcus, Iowa, Jeanene (Don) Schaefer, Omaha, Neb., Bonnie (Keith) Bratcher, Wheatland, Mo., Linda (Keith) Finkral, Eastham, Cape Cod, Mass., Galen and Sharon Rupp, Marcus, Iowa, Dianne (Harold) Klassen, Marcus, Iowa, Keith (Barbara) Rupp, Lincoln, Neb., Jackie (Gary) Smitson, St. Pete's Beach, Fla., Karen (Kelly) Sieckmeyer, Lincoln, Neb., Cindy (John) Rupp-Fristik, Tuscon, Ariz., step-sons: David (Linda) Roth, Council Bluffs, Iowa; Douglas Roth (Dawn) of Allen, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and step-son, Donald Roth. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2019 at Rogers Christian Church, 2501 West Oak Street, Rogers, Ark. Military honors will be provided. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
