Alta Louise LeCompte

Alta Louise LeCompte, 83, of Little Rock, passed away August 13, 2019. Born in Lonsdale to Daniel and Oma Bewley Dodson, she was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church of God. She loved to read, crafting with flowers and collecting bells. She is survived by her daughter, Patty LeCompte of Alexander; son, Ron LeCompte (Shannon) of Shreveport, Louisiana; sisters, Connie Alessi, Debby Borkowski and Janet Chapman; grandchildren, Aaron LeCompte, Jamie Baldwin Wagner, Tommy Baldwin, Scott LeCompte, Daniel LeCompte, and Colton LeCompte; great-grandchildren, R.J. Wagner, Tace Wagner and Aspen Wagner; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Nada Sanders and Lillie Suhr, and her brother, Gene Dodson. Visitation is Friday, August 16 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). The funeral service will be Saturday, August 17 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Don Rascoe, followed by interment at Ten Mile Cemetery.
