Dorothy Nell Hamilton

Dorothy Nell Hamilton, 86, of Bentonville, Ark., died at home, Friday, August 23, 2019 surrounded by family and friends, under the care of Circle of Life Hospice. Born in Abilene, Texas on April 21, 1933 to Severee Tidwell and Grover Cleveland Robertson, Dorothy was the fifth of six children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laurance Junior Hamilton and sons, Bobby Gene Hamilton and Jacky Lee Hamilton. Dorothy was a devout Christian of Pentecostal faith, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. To know Dorothy was to love her. She will be remembered for her love of nature, her amazing doll collection and her loving-kindness. She is survived by her brother, Kenneth Eugene (Gene) Robertson and wife, Lennis of Tulsa, Okla.; her beloved nephew, Larry Don Baird; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, 2612 E. Central Ave. Bentonville, Ark., 72712, with Brother John Dean officiating. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m., until service time. Burial will be at Bentonville Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Circle of Life Hospice, especially Nurse Teresa and Chaplain Beth.
