Brenda Joyce Peoples, 68, of NLR, Ark. departed this life August 22. She was preceded in death by: mother, Eula Brown; father, Frank Seals Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Krishana Livingston, Ranardra (Selvester) Jones, Yolanda Peoples, and Willie ( Tonya) Peoples; siblings, Barbara (Howard) Hardy, Doris Bell, Patricia Jones, Venita Redwood, Kenneth McNeil, Jeryl (Vivan) McNeil; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; special friend, Manzie Lowery; host of other relatives and friends.
