Ernestine Miller Brown

ERNESTINE MILLER BROWN, 90, of North Little Rock, passed away on November 26, 2019. She was born on April 23, 1929 in Smackover, Arkansas to Homer and Lois Miller. Ernestine is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lee Brown Jr. She is survived by two sons, Jerry Brown on Dickinson, Texas and Dr. Roger Brown of Plano, Texas.
