John Daniel Swanson

John Daniel Swanson, 77 of Heber Springs, Arkansas was surrounded by his family when he passed from this life on December 12, 2019. He was born on December 5, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to the late John D. Sr. and Vivian D. Swanson. John served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He is also preceded in death by two wives, Verna Joyce Swanson and Rose Wonder Swanson. John leaves behind his children Donald Luther Colter, James Oliver Colter Jr., Jackie Ray Colter, David Lofton Colter, Glenda Sue Dickens; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; siblings Charles Wesley, Robert William and James Edward Swanson and a host of other family and friends.
