Melissa Linn Caskey

MELISSA LINN CASKEY, age 44, of Jacksonville, passed away on December 12, 2019. She was born in Huntington, W. Va., on March 21, 1975. As a United States Air Force veteran, she served during Operation Enduring Freedom. Melissa was preceded in death by her grandfather, Henry Wilkes and her mother, Patricia Wilkes Christie. Melissa is survived by her father, Tom Wilson and step-mother Debbie Wilson; first husband, Jeffery Caskey; daughters, Cailyn and Callie Caskey; brother, Stephen Wilson and his wife, Lori; aunt, Terry Stivers; nephew, Henry Wilson, and many friends. She had a passion for people, animals, and the beach. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor to the Jacksonville Animal Shelter.
