Janice Ann Black, age 62, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away December 23, 2019 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born January 6, 1957 in North Kingstown, Rhode Island to James Throop, Sr. and Doris Throop. Janice was an accounts payable supervisor for Northwest Medical Center. She loved the beach, scrapbooking and photography. She was an avid collector of cameras.
Preceded in death by her parents. Janice is survived by husband of 36 years, Jeffrey Black; her son Matt Black of whom she was very proud and his wife Miranda, of Boston, Mass.; siblings, Gail Throop of Rhode Island, Pam Throop of Thailand, James Throop, Glen Throop both of Arkansas and Alison Throop of Florida.
