Billy David Browers

Ret. Lt. Col. Billy David Browers, 65, died Wednesday in Seattle, Washington. Billy was born July 28, 1953 to Delores Smith Browers of New Jersey and Billy Browers of Lincoln, Arkansas. He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas and received his Master's degree from Webster University. Billy was the proud father of a daughter, Burke Patricia, of California. Other survivors are sisters, Sharon (Art) Williams and Elizabeth (Bill) Barger, nieces Laurie (Melina) Williams, Megan and Mallory Barger, nephew Michael (Erin) Williams and four great-nephews, James, Jackson, William, and Sean. A memorial service will be held on Mercer Island, Washington on Wednesday. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery. It is requested that memorials be sent to the Humane Society.
