ROY "JACK" HATCHER JR., 60, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life February 4, 2019. He is preceded in death by: father, Roy Hatcher Sr.; brother, Ronet Hatcher, brother in law, Gerald Chambers; nephew, Terrance Hatcher; niece, Charlene Young.
