Duane Alan Griffin

Duane Alan Griffin, 59, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord February 17, 2019. He was born October 22, 1959 in Birmingham, Alabama to George Griffin and Barbara Gibbs. Duane was a dedicated employee for MP Productions. He was an avid beekeeper and enjoyed working outdoors. Duane spent his weekends watching Alabama football and auto racing. Throughout his life, Duane gave encouragement and support to his co-workers and friends. We will all miss his loving spirit. Duane was preceded in death by his father; George Griffin. He is survived by his loving wife; Melissa (Missy) Griffin, mother; Barbara Gibbs of Colorado, one sister; Leigh Smith of Colorado, three brothers; David Griffin of Tennessee, Darren Griffin and Dennis Griffin of Alabama. A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. in the chapel of Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway. A funeral service will follow Thursday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Mark Hobson officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Duane's name to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210.
