James Edward Lower

James Lower, age 79, of Fayetteville passed away Monday December 31 in Fayetteville. He was born March 11, 1939 in Fayetteville the son of the son of Clarence and Lowell Salsbury Lower. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters Helen Baker and Dortha Linglbach and three brothers Clyde, Phillip and Claude Lower. For many years he took care of Son's Chapel Church yard and attended Round Mountain Missionary Baptist Church. His is survived by his sister Hazel Stevens and her husband Jerral. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Thursday January 3 at Moore's Chapel with Funeral Service starting at 2 p.m. burial will follow at Son's Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Round Mountain Missionary Baptist Church, 18730 Lake Sequoyah Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701.
