Judith "Judy" Lee Kelly

Judith "Judy" Lee Kelly, 79-year-old resident of Springdale, Arkansas, died on December 23, 2018 at The Maples in Springdale. Judy was born on July 26, 1939 in Posey County, Indiana. She was the daughter of William Aaron Garrett and Georgia Ellen Culiver. Judy graduated from high school in Mount Vernon, Indiana. She married Dwain Kelly on February 1, 1958 and they were married for 60 years. They moved from Buena Park, California in 1975 and have called Springdale their home since 1976. She worked as a secretary and office manager for many years. Judy enjoyed traveling, baking, and painting, and she was a member of the Ozark Mountain Decorative Artists in Bella Vista. Judy also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers: David, Maurice, and Russell. She is survived by her husband, Dwain Kelly; son, Daniel Kelly of Fayetteville; daughter, Martine Williams of Springdale; three grandchildren: Meaghan Williams, Spencer Williams, and Madeline Williams; three great-grandchildren: Evie Drumm, Nate Williams, and Ben Williams; and one brother, Halden Garrett of Vincennes, Indiana.
