Jim Stalnaker, 77, of Mayflower, passed away January 4th at Conway Nursing and Rehab in Conway.
He is survived by his wife, Betty (Oliver) Dixon; sons, Keith Stalnaker of Little Rock and Kevin Stalnaker of Little Rock; and a daughter, Karla Shoemaker of Maumelle; a stepson, Allen Dixon of Conway; six grandchildren, Taylor, Sawyer, Madison and Allison Stalnaker, Christina and Courtney Dixon; and a special sister-in-law, Carol Spradlin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clark and Margie (Taylor) Stalnaker; three brothers, Lindsey, Gene and Ray; and a sister, Minnie Mae.
Jim loved to sing, laugh, tell jokes, play cards and cheer for the Razorbacks. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to: UAMS, 4301 W. Markham Street, Flight 547-20, Movement Disorder Clinic, Little Rock, Ark. 72205.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with visitation one hour prior to the service.
