Ruthie "Choo-Choo" Duncan was born November 27, 1958 to Wiley and Irene Duncan. She departed this life January 13, 2019. "Choo-Choo" loved to fish, cook, and spend time with family. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019 at First Baptist of Oneida, Arkansas at 12 noon. Interment will be at Oneida Community Cemetery with the repast at First Baptist Church of Oneida. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Jackson – Highley Funeral Home Chapel, West Helena, Arkansas from 4-6 p.m. The family would like to thank everyone for their condolences and kind words during this difficult time.
