Barbara Joyce Powell, 73, of Lonoke died Thursday, January 24, 2019. She was born March 5, 1945 to the late Jerald and May Sanders. She is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, Ray Powell; children: Brian Powell, Valerie Schroeder, Edward (Dawn) Squires, and Tammy (Michael) Wheaton; grandchildren, Jason Powell, Brandon Powell, Brittney Gutierrez, Bradley Powell, Amanda Moren, Andrew Moren, Allie Moren, Luke Squires, Dakota Squires, Samuel Squires, Alena Squires, Michael Loving, James Sundeen, Joshua Sundeen, Harley Loving, Tiffani Romine, Destiny Wheaton, Michael E. Wheaton, Ashlyn Hamaker, MacKenzie Wheaton, Greer Wheaton, Parker Wheaton, Kennedy Dragon, and several great-grandchildren and extended family members. Visitation will be Monday, January 28, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at the funeral home.
