Judy Craig McClendon

Judy Craig McClendon, 72 of Benton, went to meet her Heavenly Father on July 10, 2019. She was born on October 20, 1946 to the late Ralph and Florence Craig. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, James McClendon, brother, Lytle Craig and sister, Barbara James. She was a devoted wife and mother. Judy was also a gifted artist and exceptional seamstress who created many works of art for her family thru her paintings and needlework. Her talents and sweet spirit will be greatly missed. Judy leaves behind a daughter, Laura Meriweather of Dixon, Mo., son Ben McClendon of Benton, grandchild, Nicholas Meriwether of Concord, North Carolina, brothers, Phillip Craig of Little Rock, Scotty Craig of Benton and sister, Beth (Roy) Hollowoa of Benton. Graveside services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bolin Cemetery in Paron. Visitation will be at Ashby's on Monday, 6-8 p.m. On-line guestbook at www.ashbyfuneralhome.com.
