Rhodis L. Smith, 64, of Little Rock, Ark. transitioned peacefully with his family at his side, July 14, 2019. He is preceded in death by his father: Robert Moore; siblings: Donnel Moore; daughters: Lamondra Smith and Alondra Smith. He leaves to cherish his memory with children: Cloria Smith and Yalonda Smith; mother: Cloria Smith; siblings: Tony Moore, Linda Moore, Loretta Moore and Elvis Moore, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
