William Langston Davidson

William Langston Davidson, 97, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, died July 17, 2019. He was born on September 12, 1921 in Quenemo, Kansas to William H. and Lou Ann Davidson. William served as a radioman in the U.S. Navy during World War II. In 1946, he married Mary B. Davidson. He retired as Vice President and General Manager of Solid-State Sonics and Electronics in 1983 and moved to Bella Vista. He was a member of the Bella Vista Community Church where he was a Deacon and Trustee. He was past president of the Nomad Greeters and a member of the Northwest Amateur Radio Club and the Bella Vista Repeater Group Radio Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary B. Davidson who died on August 4, 2003. He is survived by his son, Craig L. Davidson of Bella Vista; three grandsons, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters. A Memorial Service will be at Bella Vista Community Church at 3 p.m., Saturday, July 27th. Arrangements are Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory.
