Alice Dora Inman, 88, of Stuttgart, widow of William Fred Inman, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Inman was born May 1, 1931, in Zent, Ark., to Peter Fred and Alvina Stovesand Schroeder. She was retired from a career in retail and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was also a member of Grand Prairie Arts and Crafts Guild, Stuttgart Birthday Group, American Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary, Arkansas County Democratic Women's Society and Frog Fantasies. Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Hilda Marie Parks; and half-brothers, Elsworth, Everett and Earl Leder. Survivors are her daughter, K. Rene' Shipes (Brandon) of Spring, Texas; three grandchildren, Becca Effrein (Adam), Melissa Kempkes and Bradley Shipes; two great-grandchildren, Lennon and Alice Effrein; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Her family would like to thank Dr. Grace Raja with CARTI for the loving care provided to Alice. A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church.
