Billy James Scott 61 of Bella Vista, passed away June 6, 2019 in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born December 1, 1957 in Rogers, Arkansas the son of Darrell and Etta Stover Scott. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Nabholz Construction. He graduated from Rogers High School in 1975. He enjoyed spending his time camping, hunting, fishing, and being with his grandkids and family.
He is preceded in death by his son, Beau Scott. He is survived by his wife Becky Scott of the home; children, Brandon (Misty) Scott of Bentonville, Arkansas, Chris (Stephanie) Balster of Ft. Worth, Texas, siblings, Glen Scott of Garfield, Arkansas, Belinda Mason of Garfield, Arkansas and grandchildren, Brooklyn Scott, Baylee Scott, Kohen Scott, Camlin Lollis, Brelynn Scott, Bella Scott, and Logan Balster.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday; June 9, 2019 at Benton County Funeral Home 306 N. 4th St. Rogers, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday; June 10, 2019 at Benton County Funeral Home. Interment be at the Scott Cemetery in Garfield, Arkansas.
