Patsy Jane Cottengim Sovereign

Patsy Jane Cottengim Sovereign, 89, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away on June 9, 2019. She was born on July 3, 1929 to the late Vincent Virgle Cottengim and Elizabeth Lee Bolles Florence in Lebanon, Missouri. Patsy was of the Baptist faith. She had several careers throughout her life. However, her most rewarding was the time she spent being a hospice nurse. This career has made the family thankful for her caretakers at Kindred Hospice, Kelli Formel, Tuwan Jordan and Chaplain Barry. She is survived by her daughter, Paula; son, Mike; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, located on North National Ave in Springfield, Mo.
