HERMAN W. EUBANKS, 72, of North Little Rock, passed away on June 12, 2019. He was born on March 10, 1947, in Little Rock, to Herman and Gertrude Eubanks. Herman graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 1965, served as a Lieutenant in the Arkansas National Guard, graduated from Hendrix College in 1970 where he finished first in his class, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1973 and his Masters of Law from Southern Methodist University in 1974. He was a member of the Pulaski County and Arkansas Bar Associations and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. A Christian from an early age, Herman constantly demonstrated the gift of caring for others. Always sharing his many abilities with anyone in need. He volunteered countless hours as a baseball coach at the Sherwood Sports Complex. And later in life as a devoted fan and enthusiast of the game. Herman was an avid deer hunter, song writer, musician, poker player and project master. A jack of all trades, he was as likely to be found digging a ditch at 2 a.m. to help a stranger or rebuilding a friend's house after a fire. In his practice as an attorney, he showed an amazing ability to focus on the details of each case he handled no matter how complex and a rare ability to relate to any client, no matter their circumstance or need. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; four sons, Brandon Eubanks, Brent Phillips (Summer), Aaron Eubanks (Krystal), and Hugh Claye Eubanks (Melissa); two daughters, Meredith Snow (Brian) and Noelle Eubanks; fourteen grandchildren, Breanna (Rodney), Jacob, Matthew, Halley, Lexy, Kathryn, Aiden, Heather, Cole, Eli, Chance, Hunter, Cash, and Alexander; three great grandchildren, Milo, Gabe, and Teddy; three brothers, Gary Eubanks, Bob Eubanks, and Hugh Spinks; assistant, friend, side-kick MariGlen Manasco.
