Leslie Ann Griggs Rhodes

Leslie Ann Griggs Rhodes, age 45, of White Hall, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at her home on June 15, 2019 surrounded by her family and friends. Leslie was born October 10, 1973 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Linda Hemingway Griggs and the late Jim Griggs. She was a 1991 graduate of Pine Bluff High School. She continued her education at the University of Central Arkansas earning her bachelor of science in radiologic technology. Leslie worked for Jefferson Regional Medical Center for over 20 years where she most recently served as the Director of Cardiovascular Services. Leslie was one of the finest people that you could ever have had the privilege to know. She treated everyone fairly and with compassion. Her determined spirit and her family is what motivated her day to day. She strived daily to the best Wife, Mom, Sister, Daughter, and Friend. Leslie was a member of White Hall United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Justin Rhodes; son, Garett Rhodes; daughter, Lillian Rhodes; sister, Susan (Greg) Kerr of Haskell, Arkansas; brother, Ken Griggs of Springdale, Arkansas; mother, Linda Griggs of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; in-laws, Ervin "Papa" and Jan "Mimi" Rhodes of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; brothers-in-law, Jim (Michelle) and Jon Rhodes both of Conway; nieces, Emma Griggs, Ally and Anna Kerr, Kendall and Regan Rhodes; nephews, Landon and Lincoln Rhodes. Leslie was preceded in death by her father, Jim Griggs; and her grandparents, Jim and Shirley Griggs and Hot and Patsy Hemmingway. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 18, 2019, from 3-5 p.m. at the White Hall Community Center located at 9801 Dollarway Road, White Hall, Arkansas. Funeral services will be immediately following at 5 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Leslie Rhodes Donation Fund c/o Simmons Bank or The American Cancer Society.
