Herbert Parham, Jr., 66, of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life Saturday, June 15, 2019. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Mary M. Parham, three daughters, Tammy, Mona, and Cynthia Meeks, mother, Earnestine Parham, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, one sister, Debra Parham Sherman, two brothers, Roy (Gloria) Parham, Richard Todd (Penny) Parham, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
