Charles David Ruby, 71, of Conway, Ark., died Tuesday. Survivors include wife Barbara (Flanagan) Ruby, two sons: Bill Ruby and wife Christina, of Springdale, Ark.; Chris Ruby and wife, Christy of Greenbrier, Ark., four grandsons: Jacob, Eli, Ty, and Tate.
