Dorothy Sesser's earthly journey ended, Friday, June 14, 2019. She was born to the late Vincent and Sally Marie Blair on a very cold winter morning (as I was told) January 3, 1924, in Malvern, Ark. I'll be seeing the love of my life, my dear husband, Otis Vance "Jack" Sesser. I enjoyed fifty plus years of a happy marriage, our precious daughter, Sally Marie Majors, my lovely sister, Bettye Annette Teague, and my loving and caring niece Carol June Pritchett, who had homes in Indiana and Florida. Leaving behind my lovely and caring family; our son, Jack Edwin Sesser, sister; June (H.C.) Atchley of Naples, Florida, two grandsons; Don (Tina) Majors and Jon Majors whom are just as my sons to me, granddaughters; Jacqueline (Brandon) Davis and Rosalind (Danny) Workman, great-grands; Cameron, Alex, Lyla, Dani Rose, Riley, Mason and Ragan. Son-in-law, Byrl (Shirley) Majors, brother-in-law, Joe (Donna) Teague and also Randy and Susan Blue (not legally adopted, but grands to me). Anne Schwietzer, angel neighbor angel nurse, Dr. Robert Kennedy and staff, church family friends and the loving and caring friends that our Father has blessed my life and that I love them all. They are too numerous to mention, but all of you know how you've given me love and care when my daughter died, a friend of hers came to me and asked could she be my friend. Rhoda Green has helped care for me in many ways that Sally would have. Thanks to my Heavenly Father and His powerful word. When I die, I have so much to enjoy in my eternal home. This journey has been very interesting, I've enjoyed the very good and simple things in my days. I love home and gardening, having people in this most beautiful Earth, God made for us. I was blessed to be part of our 5th generation group. I was blessed to live close to my parents and was blessed to usher them through there senior years, as well as my mother in law, Mrs. Sesser. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 11 a.m., Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, 13801 Chenal Drive, Little Rock, Ark. 72211. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Reverend Gene Davis will be officiating. I couldn't name the wonderful people that God blessed into my days. Let us acknowledge God in all our ways and lean not on our own understanding. Each day is God's gift. We must choose to enjoy it. Please share your memories of Dorothy at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/chenal.
