Judy Ann Dobbins

Judy Ann Elkins Dobbins, 66, of Bryant passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019. She was born January 8, 1953 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Leon and Leona Elkins. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Loyd Dobbins of Bryant; son, Chad Kitchell; two sisters, Barbara Elkins and Loretta Decker; and her step mother, Mable Elkins. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 13, 2019, with a visitation prior to service at 1 p.m. at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
