Keith Lynn Phillips, 84, passed March 13, 2019. He was born September 10, 1934 in Laramie, Wyoming to the late Floyd and Roxie Anne (Barfuss) Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; children, Darrin Phillips (Christi), and Kristy Wright (Sammy); six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on N. Dixieland Rd.
