CARL DONLEY SR., 63, of North Little Rock, Ark., departed this life March 10, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Donley and Bessie Lee Hervey. He leaves to cherish his memory: children Carl Donley Jr., and Titania Donley; siblings, Peggy Hill, Donnie Nathaniel, Vanessa Jones, Felicia Hervey, and Rodney Townsend, eight grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts and other relatives and friends.
