LEE G. HAWKINS, 77, of Sherwood, departed this life March 12. She was preceded in death by: children Becky and Rufus; parents: Wesley and Katie Penn; siblings Dorothy, Mattie, Leslie, Thurman and Charles. She leaves to cherish her memories with her husband Johnny Hawkins; children: Calvin Willis, Date Wofford, Martin Wofford, and Diane Lowe (David); siblings: Pearlene Abston, Helen Harris, Alonzo Penn (Kate), Wesley Penn (Princess), Mary Owens, and Barbara Carr; 20 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.
