Charles Junior Warren

Charles Junior Warren, 94, of North Little Rock, passed away March 14th, 2019. He was born in Marcella, Arkansas on September 4, 1924, son of the late Charles Andrew and Monnie (Ivy) Warren. Charles joined the U.S. Navy at the age of 17. At age 20 he met the love of his life, Lola Lee Harbour. They were married for 73 years. He received an honorable discharge from the Navy and settled in North Little Rock. He is survived by his children, Charlotte Smith of NLR, Pam (Art) Quagliani of Dallas and Jay (Lisa) Warren of NLR; six grandchildren, Jamie Smith, Clay (Karla) Smith, Coby Smith, Scarlett, Sterling and Charlie Warren; ten great-grandchildren, Hayley (Chris) Dwyer, Jake Smith, Evyn Smith, Sheridan Smith, Gray Smith, Peri Smith, Brady Smith, Skyler Smith, Keller and Asher Smith. Two great-great grandchildren, Juliet and Faye Dwyer. Charles was involved in many different areas of sales his entire life, including Gulf Oil, owned gas stations, Mobile Home Brokers, Inc. and even owned a BBQ restaurant, Granny's Shanty. The family would like to thank the army of caregivers, Baptist Hospital of NLR and the staff at Sherwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Argenta City Club, Inc., 4221 Richards Rd, NLR, 72217. Memorial service will be at 12 noon, Monday, March 25, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour before the service.
