Donald Allen Temple

Donald Allen Temple, 22, son of Dana McGee and the late Donald Temple, died Wednesday March 20th, 2019 of a stroke at his home in Dardanelle. Don was preceded in death by his father Donald Temple, his paternal grandparents Elmore and Linda Temple, and maternal grandmother Charlotte Hurst. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Dana and step-father Jeff McGee; two sisters, Stacey Temple (Crystal Huddleston) and Ellianne (John) Barbour; his brother and best friend Sam Temple; his grandfather Elmer O. Hurst; and numerous cousins, nieces, and friends. Don Allen was loved by everyone who was lucky enough to have known him. It seemed he was born with a tool in his hand because there wasn't anything he couldn't fix. He was always happiest under the hood of a car, especially with his Dad and brother. He also loved to play the guitar and fish with his brother, Sam. His family called him the "baby whisperer" because he loved all his nieces and cousins and they all loved him in return. Don was a 2015 graduate of Bryant High School and was set to graduate from ASU-Searcy's Diesel Tech program in May. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 25th, 2019 at Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 HWY 5 North, Alexander, Ark., 72002) from 5-7 p.m. The funeral will be held the following day, Tuesday, March 26th, 2019 at Eagle Point Church of God (11111 Geyer Springs Road, Little Rock, Ark., 72209) at 11 a.m. with Jerry Riddle and Tony Ellis officiating. Pallbearers will be Alex Rice, Aaron Theel, Eric Phillips, Justin Savage, Sam Temple, and Jeff McGee; honorary pallbearers will be the Diesel Tech class at ASU-Searcy.
