Deniece Annette Barnett

Deniece Annette Barnett, 61, of Rogers passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019. She was born May 17, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas to the late Guy W. and Charlene R. Tharp Allen. Mrs. Barnett is also preceded by a son, Jeremy DeWayne Barnett. Deniece retired from a career working in home healthcare and the lodging industry. She was a very independent lady who enjoyed being outdoors, whether gardening, camping or watching the deer and birds. She loved to cook and share time together with her family. Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Drain (Tony) of Rogers and Mandy Barnett (Cody Letney) of Texas; her son, Christopher Barnett (Tiffany Schmoll) of Colorado; two sisters, Carol Long of Bentonville and Pam Gay (Kenneth) of Springdale; six grandchildren; a great-grandchild that she was anxiously awaiting; numerous extended family members and dear friends. Visitation in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers will be from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, May 9 and the Graveside Funeral Service will be Friday, May 10, at 10 a.m. in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
