Lucy Owen

Lucy Owen, 75 of New Blaine, died May 9, 2019. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Pierce of Dover; one brother, Earl Price of Pottsville, and three grandchildren. Graveside service is 2 p.m., May 17, 2019 at Prairie View Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
