Tina (Emmons) McHughes

Tina (Emmons) McHughes, age 72, of Conway, Arkansas, completed her journey on earth Sunday, May 12, 2019, after a difficult battle with a terminal neurological disease. Tina was born in Dermott, Arkansas, on February 20, 1947, to the late Robert Clyde and Katherine Emmons. Survivors include her two children, Richard McHughes Jr. (Kim) of East End and Katherine Sublett (Toby) of Greenbrier; five grandchildren, Cody, Seth, Grace-Evelyn, Ella-Claire, and Chloe-Beth; her sister, Kay Harrington of North Little Rock; her brother-in-law, Earl Allen of Pine Bluff; as well as many nieces and nephews. Tina was a member of the Highway 65 Church of Christ in Conway. She was a homemaker for many years, but later began working and eventually retired from the US postal service. Tina was adventurous and lived in the moment. She loved people and enjoyed opening her home for entertaining. She will be remembered for her warm smile, her hospitality and her fun personality. Visitation and Services to honor Tina will be held Wednesday 5-7 p.m. and Thursday, 10 a.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas.
