By Phonasasivixay, 42, of Springdale, Ark. passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 in Elm Springs, Ark. He was born July 30, 1977 in Khammouane, Laos to Monh Phonasasivixay and Pathinh Sivixay. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vannasone Phonasasivixay. He is survived by his parents, and a brother, Inthalaphone Phonasasivixay of Laos.
