Diana Harriet Fischer

Diana Harriet Fischer, age 81, passed away November 3, 2019, at home in Kennesaw, Ga. She was born December 1, 1937 in Chicago, Ill. to Leopold and Bernice Cichon. She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Fischer. She is survived by children Robert (Risa) Fischer of Marietta, Ga.; Cheryl Dillon of Kennesaw, Ga.; Jeff (Rose) Fischer of Milton, Fla.; Mark (Cynthia) Fischer of Hollywood, Fla.; Michelle (Lance) Schoeppey of Rhome, Texas; and James (Karen) Fischer of Springdale, Ark. She is also survived by her siblings Bob (Bernie) Cichon, Terri Bruner, Frank (Sandy) Cichon, Deb (Jim) Carlson, Donald (Jan) Cichon. Diana was also blessed with a large extended family including 16 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews. After 28 years as a homemaker, Diana graduated from the University of Arkansas as an RN. Worked as a Registered Nurse for eight years then for Wal-Mart in Springdale to retirement. Visitation will be Thursday November 7, 2019 at 5 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel, Springdale, Ark., with Rosary following at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday November 8, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale, Ark.
