Evon Ruth (Dannheim) Levisee

Evon Ruth (Dannheim) Levisee, age 80, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2019, in Benton, Arkansas. She was born October 31, 1939, in Vernon, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents William and Lorine Dannheim and two younger brothers, Charles Dannheim and David Dannheim. At age 19 she married Austin Franklin Levisee, in November of 1958 who preceded her in death in 2007. Evon grew up in Farwell, Texas where she attended high school. She picked cotton as a teenager on a farm with her daddy and two brothers. She loved to be around her family. Holidays were always special times for Evon. She looked forward to playing dominos, putting puzzles together, and card games with her family but Skip-Bo was her favorite. For many years Evon worked at a cruise agency selling cruises. It suited her well as she enjoyed cruises. She sailed to some of the most beautiful places on the planet. Evon was a big fan of the Arkansas Razorback football, Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers. Anyone who knew Evon knew that she loved George Strait. Evon is survived by her brother, William "Bill" Dannheim; sister and husband, Linda and Frank Fipps; her three sons and their wives, Walter and Lora Levisee, Richard and Swee Levisee, James and Feleshia Levisee; plus six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and her many nephews and nieces.
