Ann Kuykendal "Kirkie" Parker

Ann Kuykendall "Kirkie" Parker of Memphis, Tenn., passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Born October 10, 1935 in Fort Smith, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Bob and Emmadean Kuykendall, and was preceded in death by her brother, Bob Allen Kuykendall. She pledged Chi Omega while attending the University of Arkansas, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in 1957. She is survived by her son, Rob Parker (Lesley) of Memphis, and her daughter Carolyn Parker Akin (Doug) of Indiana. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Zoey Parker who she loved more than life itself. Any donations in her memory can be made to the Fort Smith Boys and Girls Club or the Chi Omega Foundation.
