JoAnn M. Betz

JoAnn M. Betz, 74, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Sunday; September 29, 2019 in Bentonville. She was born July 24, 1945. A New Jersey Native, the daughter of John and Margaret Balliel Kelly, JoAnn was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She worked in Management for J.C. Penny for 33 years and retired in 2010. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Richard Betz of the home; two sons, Michael Betz and his wife Maria of Roswell, Ga., Thomas Betz of Bentonville and his wife Lisa, brother Mark Kelly of Aberdeen, N.J., and four grandchildren, Cierra, Cristina, Blake and Evan. JoAnn was known by all for her beautiful smile, sense of humor and her kindness. She reserved a special love for children and dogs. Mass will be held 10 a.m., Friday; October 11, 2019 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, Ark. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers, Arkansas.
