John A. Davis

John A. Davis, 81 of Springdale passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. He was born December 28, 1937 in Springdale to John Davis Jr. and Mary Era Hand Davis. He served in the United States Air Force. He was a retired Security Guard and enjoyed spending time with family, crossword puzzles, horseshoes, watching the Portland Trailblazers and bull riding. Survivors include 5 sisters, Mary Alderson of Springdale, Peggy Denny of Tahlequah, OK, Norma Jean Alderson of Prairie Grove, Dolores Mingo and husband Ray of Springdale, Sharon Faddis and husband Arnold of Rockaway Beach, Missouri and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside memorial service will be Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Elm Springs Cemetery with Pastor Dwayne Houston officiating.
